Last updated: 6 November 2026

This page explains what data Counter Master (the countermastergame.com website and the game) handles, why, and for how long. In short: the game never asks for your name or email, statistics are anonymous and you can turn them off, and we only use your email if you give it to us.

Who is responsible

Tommaso Macioti, developer of Counter Master, is the data controller. For any request about your data, write to countermasterprebeta@gmail.com.

1. Email sign-up

2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve the pages and protect them from attacks. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

No cookies and no advertising or tracking tools. Your browser only remembers your best streak in the counter demo: it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

3. The game

The game has no accounts and never asks for your email or real name.

Google Play's and Steam's privacy policies also apply when you download the game.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in your country.
